All players must treat others with kindness and respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Fair Play
Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools, mods, or hacks is not allowed. The experience is designed for challenge and survival—earn your victory.
Appropriate Content
Offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content, including usernames, messages, or behavior, is strictly prohibited.
Account Responsibilities
Account Creation
To play After Breach, a Meta Quest account is required. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining account security.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact us immediately at contact@afterbreach.cqs.lol.
Suspension or Termination
Accounts that violate community rules, exploit game mechanics, or disrupt the experience for others may be suspended or permanently banned at our discretion.
Purchases
Virtual items or in-game currency may be offered for purchase. All purchases are final unless required by law. Virtual items are licensed for personal, in-game use only and may not be sold, transferred, or traded.
Intellectual Property
All content in After Breach including graphics, audio, code, narrative, and trademarks is owned by After Breach Studios or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
User-generated content (gameplay footage, screenshots, community contributions) grants After Breach Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content for promotional purposes.
Privacy Policy
Data We Collect
- User ID and profile data (provided by Meta Quest)
- Age or age group (for platform compliance)
- Gameplay data (progress, statistics, achievements)
- Account data (saves, cosmetics, settings, moderation status)
- Device information (headset model, OS version)
We do not collect real names, physical addresses, or precise location data.
How We Use Data
- Authentication and multiplayer functionality

- Moderation, safety enforcement, and anti-cheat systems

User data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with Meta for platform integration purposes.
Data Retention & Deletion
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the service. All users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting contact@afterbreach.cqs.lol. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Children & Age Compliance
Age information provided by Meta is used to ensure platform compliance and appropriate safety features. After Breach is rated for ages 18+ and is designed for mature audiences only.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
Limitation of Liability
After Breach is provided "as is." We are not responsible for losses, damages, service interruptions, or unexpected gameplay behavior. Use the service at your own risk.
Policy Changes
Policies may be updated at any time. Continued use of After Breach indicates your acceptance of any revised policies. We will notify players of significant changes.
